Hi there.
I need to lose some weight, and fast. I am not interested in joining any special weight-loss programs, I just need something healthy, quick and easy. Does anyone have any advice?
I mean, I am small-built, but over the past few weeks/months, I've gained on a lot. It does not show physically yet, but my jeans I bought a few months ago don't fit me any more. :(
I may die.
